
In this lesson, students will develop vocabulary related to the kitchen and its furniture, including sink, faucet, and countertop. They will practice key sentence patterns like “Where do you wash your hands?” and “I wash my hands in the sink.”. The lesson will recognize and use sight words such as “been”, “does”, “best”, and “round” confidently, aiding in reading fluency. In the grammar segment, students will learn about possessive nouns, helping students understand how to express ownership. The phonics activities will be on identifying and pronouncing words with the long “u” sound. Through engaging dialogue practice, students will reinforce their vocabulary by applying it in various contexts.
