In this lesson, students will learn about food and meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, meal, and snack. They will practice key sentence patterns like “Who cooks breakfast in your family?” and “My mom cooks breakfast for my family.”. The lesson will also introduce sight words such as “over” “once” and “stop” to help students recognize and use them confidently. In the grammar segment, students will form contractions (isn’t, don’t and I’m) using an apostrophe. Phonics activities will focus on identifying and pronouncing words with the “long a, bossy e” sounds. Through engaging dialogue practice, students will reinforce their vocabulary by applying it in various contexts. This interactive lesson will build student’s vocabulary and improve their sentence structure, pronunciation, and fluency, enabling them to confidently discuss food and meals.
