
In this lesson, students will learn the words- fun, friend, and best friend. They will practice key sentence patterns like “Who is she?”, “She is my friend.”, “Who is he?”, “He is my best friend.”, “Is she having fun?”, and “Yes, she is.”. Additionally, students will learn to recognize sight words such as “get”, “good”, “have”, and “into”. The grammar focus will introduce the pronouns (He and She), guiding students to use them accurately. Phonics activities emphasize identifying and pronouncing the ‘ig’ sound (as in ‘i’ + ‘g’ = ‘ig’). Students will also practice skip counting by 2s from 2 to 10. This interactive lesson will improve the learner’s overall language development.
