
In this lesson, students will learn about farm animals, including cow, sheep, and duck. They will practice key sentence patterns like “What farm animal is big?”, “A cow is big.”, “What farm animal is small? “, and “A duck is small.”. They will recognize the sight words ‘”jump”, “help”, “two”, and “you”. The grammar lesson will introduce the affirmative and negative forms of the verb “to be” (“I am” and “I am not”) along with their proper usage. Phonics activities will be on identifying and pronouncing the ‘as’ sound (as in “a” + “s” = “as”). Students will develop an understanding of size comparisons by exploring the concepts of small, smaller, and smallest. This interactive lesson will improve the learner’s overall language development.
