
In this lesson, students will enrich their vocabulary about animals and their babies including words like dog, puppy, cat, kitten, rabbit, and bunny. The lesson will recognize and use sight words such as “call”, “first”, “off”, and “or” confidently, aiding in reading fluency. In the grammar segment, students will learn about commas and their correct usage. The phonics activities will be on identifying and pronouncing words with the “ow” sound.
